Using the service
As You Grow Moments is a private family memory service designed to help you save and revisit moments over time. You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal, and appropriate purposes.
Your account
You are responsible for the information connected to your account, including keeping your login details, phone number, and approved family sender settings accurate and secure.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the messages, photos, and other content you submit. You must only upload content you have the right to share, and you must not upload illegal, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise prohibited material.
Family senders
You may authorize approved family phone numbers to send memories to certain timelines. It is your responsibility to manage who is approved and what timelines they can access.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid features may require a subscription. Pricing, trial structure, pause options, and other billing details may be described on the pricing page or inside your account. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until they are changed, paused, or cancelled.
Pause and access
If you pause or stop paying for the service, active features may be limited while your memories remain stored according to the product experience offered at that time.

We may improve, modify, or update the service over time. Features may change as the product grows, but we aim to do so thoughtfully and in a way that continues to support the core purpose of preserving memories.
No misuse
